Personal Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to our clients in Sydney.

Job Summary:

As a Personal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, showering, and toileting
  • Support clients with dressing/undressing and getting in and out of bed
  • Provide reminders for medication and assist with personal care needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field is essential
  • Sound knowledge of using smartphones and technology is required
  • Covid-19 vaccination is recommended but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience working with dementia clients would be beneficial
