We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and creative Leisure and Lifestyle Assistants to enhance the lives of individuals and groups. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs that cater to diverse needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging leisure and lifestyle programs for individuals and groups.
  • Absorb a holistic approach to improve residents' quality of life through stimulating activities.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support consumer wellbeing and fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related field.
  • Creativity, ability, and knowledge of effective engagement for groups and individuals.
  • Residential aged care experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in documentation and program planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs for individual therapy and group activities.
