Corporate Sales Professional

At Maxxia, we're seeking a talented sales professional to join our high-paced Novated Sales team. As a leading provider of salary packaging and novated leasing services, we empower our customers to make confident choices and make the most of their salaries.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for sales, you'll work closely with our Novated Lease customers to provide them with the necessary automotive accessories to maximize their vehicle for the duration of its lease.
Your key responsibilities will include managing your monthly sales targets and KPIs, engaging in account and stakeholder management, and developing and managing your portfolio.
We pride ourselves on our training and development programs, and welcome individuals who have never worked in the industry, as long as they have a passion for sales.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
- Track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
