Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at BTA Sales. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to both teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare proposals and update the CRM system for the sales team
- Run reports on sales and forecasting data
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event coordination
- Maintain and update sales and marketing databases, tracking leads, and preparing performance reports
- Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and other departments
- Support the organisation of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events
- Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Requirements- Proven experience in an administrative role in sales or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) & CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- A willingness to work full-time in an office-based role.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Experience in the industrial services industry or similar sectors
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Familiarity with event coordination & management.
