Corporate Sales Manager Role Overview

Country Road Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Corporate Sales Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in growing our corporate sales department and contributing to the success of our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to proactively grow existing business and identify new market/sales opportunities within the B2B market.
  • Effectively convert sales leads across inbound email enquiries and drive sales to achieve key budget KPI's.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contracts to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide regular activity reporting and feedback in line with sales plans and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer stock requirements and expectations are managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales, ideally in apparel and homewares, with a strong understanding of the CRG brand portfolio and our customers.
  • An energetic, passionate, and dedicated approach, with a flexible and responsive approach to customer needs and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A passion for building strong customer relationships, able to have tough conversations, but demonstrate how the outcome is a win/win scenario.
  • Data competent, and confident discussing financial aspects of our offering with customers.
