About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the disposal team, ensuring the efficient management of stock and disposal of vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing physical vehicle checks, recording condition, and wear and tear details;
  • Relocating vehicles within the warehouse and performing administrative tasks;
  • Ensuring accurate processing of driver purchase and sales enquiries;
  • Coordinating end-of-lease transportation with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Completing vehicle checks, recording condition, and wear and tear details;
  • Carrying out stock management of returned leased and client-owned assets;
  • Assisting in preparing vehicles for tender, updating registration plates, and presenting vehicles for display;
  • Providing SAP support during periods of high volume or team absences.
