Agile Transformation Lead

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to spearhead the transition of a major program to Agile development.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective Agile training programs for staff members.
- Create customized metrics to assess Agile maturity and provide regular reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the coordination of PI Planning, including facilitating Product Governance Forums and providing relevant documentation to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide teams to improve their workflow, ensuring work flows toward delivery.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support.
- Proven experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management utilizing Agile methodology.
- Skillful communication and engagement with diverse internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- SAFe 6.0 Certified.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Product Delivery.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in information technology project team management.
- Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification.
- Experience mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results.
- Experience delivering training courses.
