Customer Care Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team based in Sydney.

The successful candidate will work as part of a large collaborative team to ensure clients receive accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.

  • Answer phone calls from valued clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with billing enquiries, transport requests, and escalating requests for scheduling issues or additional services.
  • Record client incidents and manage complaints effectively.
  • Support Community Workers by answering calls on our staff line.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Aged Care Services or general customer service/administration.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with a high attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Extensive administration skills, including data entry & documentation, handling incidents & complaints, email & phone management.
