About the Role

As a customer relations professional, you will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, proactively managing inquiries and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also be able to demonstrate initiative, proactive thinking, and a hard-working attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all client referrals received by our providers and distribute them efficiently to internal staff.
  • Proactively maintain communications with customers and identify opportunities for additional schemes or scope extensions.
  • Accurately enter client records into our system.
  • Buuild strong relationships with our providers and private clients.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
  • Self-driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry (preferred but not necessary).
  • Computer literacy and experience using Excel (preferred but not necessary).
  • A friendly and approachable personality.
  • Punctuality, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Initiative, proactive thinking, and a hard-working attitude.
