We are looking for a dedicated, professional and friendly Customer Relations Officer to join our team in our state of the art operation based in Prestons.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Customer Service to our Sales and Service customers 

• Building strong relationships between customers and the dealership

• Obtaining customer experience feedback

• Customer follow ups

The successful applicant will possess:

• Passion about providing excellent customer service

• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships

• Strong telephone skills

• Can do attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail
