- Taking orders and Technical and sales inquiries.
- Following up on quotes
- Liaising with the modifications workshop to ensure customer's requirements are being met.
- Preparation of local purchase orders required to meet a customers needs.
- Answering all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Educating the customer on our product range.
- Offering a variety of product related solutions to clients.
- Data entry of customer registrations.
- Utilising inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals.
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Identifying potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business.
