We are currently seeking an experienced guest experience professional to join our Front Office team as Duty Manager on a full-time basis. Reporting to our Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations across reception, guest relations, reservations, telephones during their shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, maintaining our reputation as a market leader in customer-focused service.
  • Monitor and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds its key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue per available room (RPS), net promoter score (NPS), loyalty, and room upselling.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of night audit functions while maintaining customer focus.
  • Provide exceptional service to Very Important People (VIPs), special guests, and their requests to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a Front Office leadership capacity. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused approach.
