We are seeking an exceptional Regional Business Development Manager to lead our business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities- Drive commercial growth and profitability through strategic planning, execution, and delivery of sales strategies.
- Leverage expertise in negotiation, pricing, and sales volume management to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, including partnerships, marketing initiatives, and client engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Mastery of commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Able to travel extensively (up to 50% of time), with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
As a Regional Business Development Manager at IWG, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
