Role Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of gaming machines at various customer locations. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing gaming equipment, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of our clients' gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair gaming machines on-site.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and emergency requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and adhere to parts management processes.
  • Assist customers with technical questions and provide necessary documentation.
