About The Role

We are seeking Part-Time Gaming Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service to our VIP customers in a fast-paced gaming room. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.
  • Bartend and deliver food offerings to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle cash transactions and assist customers with machine payouts.
  • Troubleshoot gaming machines to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions to keep customers informed.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including late nights and weekends is required.
  • Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
  • Previous experience working in hospitality, gaming, TAB, and Keno is desirable.
  • RSA/RCG certification is required for this role.
