Sales Growth Manager

A Territory Business Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets in their territory.
- Maintain and grow the customer base by identifying new business leads and visiting existing customers.
- Maximise sales opportunities for all brands within each customer account.
- Implement agreed monthly targets and ensure distribution of new products to market.
- Deliver merchandise excellence within the geographic area.
- Ensure return on investment criteria are met for discounts and capital.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
- Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
- Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential.
- Full driver's license.
