Business Development Officer
About the RoleThe Business Development Officer is responsible for supporting business activities in the South of Perth region. This involves identifying and converting new members, assisting with member retention, and operationalising stakeholder contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new opportunities through industry networking and market research
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and retention
This role requires effective sales initiatives and regular engagement activity to deliver results that maximise sales and service satisfaction. Territory planning, coordination, and evaluation will be essential in achieving KPI targets.
Deliverables- Implement and deliver on approved sales initiatives within agreed timeframes and quality standards
- Monitor engagement activity to ensure continuous results and maximise sales and service satisfaction
- Drive business growth by building effective relationships and developing new opportunities
The successful candidate will represent the company at industry events and conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth outcomes. Building, developing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders will be critical in leveraging growth opportunities.
