About Business Development Management

The role involves driving business growth through the identification and closure of new opportunities. This will require a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate and close new business opportunities
  • Built relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate sales process
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of new opportunities and conduct frequent reviews
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field would be beneficial for this role. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.

This is a full-time position based in Perth, Australia. Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered.

Job Requirements:
  • 3 + years of B2B solution sales experience - selling intangible solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Track record of successfully sourcing and closing new business
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Benefits:

This role offers hybrid working arrangements - WFH, in office & on the field (must have own vehicle). Salary: A$80- $90k + car allowance + super + uncapped comms (A$120-$130K realistic OTE in first year)
