
Exhibitions Coordinator Specialist

The Exhibitions Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the Exhibitions & Touring teams. This role involves providing administrative support to the Director of Exhibitions & Touring, as well as coordinating project information and delivery requirements.
This position requires cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and coordination. Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in office management, including providing administrative and operational support to various teams in a cultural organization or service industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and program coordination support to the Director of Exhibitions & Touring
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to coordinate project information and delivery requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- Demonstrated experience in office management providing administrative and operational support to various teams in a cultural organization or service industry
- Proven experience in monitoring budgets and maintaining associated documentation
