Exhibitions Coordinator Role

This role is a key member of the exhibitions team, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our exhibitions and touring programs.

The Exhibitions Team Coordinator will report to the Director of Exhibitions & Touring, providing administrative and program coordination support on a full-time fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the exhibitions team, including maintaining project schedules and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage travel arrangements, promotional materials, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to coordinate project delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management and supporting teams in cultural or service industries.
  • Ability to monitor budgets, conduct research, prepare reports, and organize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and office systems.
