Project Delivery Specialist

This role is for a skilled and personable professional to lead the delivery of exhibitions, upgrade stands, and event infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of projects from initiation through to final completion.
  • Lead on-site teams to install and dismantle exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Occasional interstate travel for project delivery and coordination may be required.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management or field supervision, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and occasional interstate travel.
