Job Title: Crisis Response Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide immediate support and intervention during critical incidents or organizational change, ensuring the wellbeing of individuals and their workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychosocial interventions, support and counselling services.
  • Assess workplace issues, identify intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice to achieve outcomes.
  • Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively; produce clear reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver people assistance services (EAP, RRS) where applicable.
  • Demonstrate negotiation and facilitation skills.

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker is desirable; training in Psychological First Aid. Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body. Current driver's license and own vehicle.
