Psychological Crisis Response Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide critical incident response services in Adelaide.
About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to deliver critical incident response services during incidents or organisational change, and to inform client organisations of themes, recommendations, and opportunities for internal process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver psychosocial interventions, support, and counselling.
- Apply trauma management expertise and consultancy services (minimum 3 years; 3-5 years desirable).
- Analyse workplace issues, identify intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and produce clear reports.
- Demonstrate negotiation and facilitation skills, collaborate with stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker is desirable; training in Psychological First Aid.
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
