About this Role

Our team is seeking a Regional Account Manager to oversee employer sales and servicing for the Perth South region.

This role services large employers with State or regional presence, including those employing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, and labour hire/group training organisations with bulk recruitment needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with site-based teams across the region to match customers to suitable job opportunities, assist with pre-screening, and set up training and pre-employment programs to support customers prepare for job opportunities.

Key responsibilities include managing conflicting priorities, maintaining attention to detail, understanding local labour markets, and communicating with culturally or linguistically diverse people, Indigenous clients, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups.

Required skills include strong administration, professional written communication, and proposal development to employers.

Additional requirements include holding an unrestricted driver's license, at least 12 months of recruitment and/or vacancy management experience, two years in sales or business development, Microsoft Office skills, and typing abilities (minimum 30 words per minute).
