We are seeking an accomplished Senior Management professional to lead regional operations in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, instilling confidence and positivity, and ensuring high performance across the region. With a strong track record in Employment Services management, you will have experience leading geographically dispersed teams, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving desired outcomes.

Your expertise in labour market analysis, operational efficiency, and performance reporting will be essential in driving business excellence. You will also be required to work with culturally diverse groups, Indigenous customers, and other disadvantaged communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sites to achieve high levels of service delivery and compliance

  • Drive initiatives to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Employment Services management
  • Proven track record in leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong knowledge of the local labour market and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse groups and Indigenous customers
