Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to take full ownership of our Western Australian business, driving safety leadership and profitable growth across our branch network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and growth outcomes by close management and connection to the sales and service teams. They will also lead a team culture grounded in safety, accountability, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and fostering high-performance cultures in fast-paced environments. Strong commercial acumen and experience in industrial, welding, or gas sectors is essential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and implement business improvement initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
  • Deliver sales and growth outcomes through effective management and connection with the sales and service teams.
  • Lead a safety-first culture focused on zero harm across all operations.
  • Manage regional P&L performance and implement effective commercial strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a regional, branch, or multi-site role within a trade, industrial, or technical sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role with P&L accountability, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Deep understanding of sales, operations, and supply chain management.
  • Success in leading teams and fostering high-performance cultures in fast-paced environments.
