About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in shaping our business and building a customer-focused service team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reporting solutions tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create data-driven dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
  • Experience with Qlik or Sisense (Power BI and Tableau considered).
  • Ability to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Automation skills using VBA within Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Autonomous work style with strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective requirements elicitation from stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
