PowerBI Project Manager

  • Manage and lead projects focused on data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and design PowerBI dashboards, reports, and other data presentation tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to identify and implement AI tools that enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Regularly collaborate with executives, VPs, and department heads to understand their data needs and provide innovative data solutions.
  • Partner with leasing, property management, finance, IT, and other departments to implement data-driven solutions and AI tools.
  • Develop and recommend strategies for improving the presentation and use of data across the company.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing data processes, tools, and reporting structures.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years focused on PowerBI and data presentation.
  • Experience with AI-driven projects in data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with vendors.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders.
