Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for reporting, projects, and process improvements.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and providing recommendations for solutions.
  3. Working with teams to deliver bespoke information solutions for complex reports.
  4. Designing and implementing effective data capture processes.
  5. Extracting insights from large datasets and presenting findings in reports and visualizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss complex technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
