You will be responsible for leading and mentoring our analytics teams, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve data quality and integrity across customer engagements, adhering to best practices in data governance and quality.
  • Buid relationships with business leaders to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Design and implement comprehensive analytics solutions, delivering actionable insights that support customer decision-making.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for analytics solutions, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven insights within our organisation and client teams.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in leading and managing an analytics or business intelligence team.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives across multiple clients.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical data solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics platforms.
  • Solid technical foundation in data management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in data governance and data quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
