**The Role**

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind our data intelligence initiatives. You'll provide analytical and technical support to empower our teams, shaping our business intelligence framework and delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to plan and build our BI framework, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Establish controls and processes to maintain the BI framework, leveraging developer resources effectively.
- Manage and administer commission plans, including calculations, exceptions, targeting, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate input into executive reports, obtaining relevant sign-offs prior to submission.
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, designing and developing reports and analytical tools.
- Focus on sales automation activities, delivering relevant information to stakeholders to optimize business outcomes.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports, offering technical support for existing tools, and identifying and resolving errors in data consistency.
- Teach BI tools usage across the organization, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

**Your ideal skills and experience:**

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or related field.
- Over two years of experience in business analytics, with demonstrated proficiency in software requirements and test specifications.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, with the ability to edit stored procedures and views.
- Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to build strong partner relationships across functions.
- Strategic and intellectually curious thinker focused on delivering outcomes through data-driven solutions.
