The Opportunity

This client-facing position requires a combination of technical and business acumen. Technical professionals build and develop data-driven solutions to meet customer objectives, enhance user experiences, and drive reporting insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of clients' digital platforms, online strategies, and marketing approaches.
  • Supporting customer discovery sessions and guiding clients' business requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Guiding clients through the implementation of data-driven activities.
  • Designing customized solutions and implementing technical tag strategies.
  • Generating customized digital analytics code and assisting with its deployment.
  • Supporting clients' developers and third-party teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Validating and debugging data implementations and resolving issues until completion.
  • Light manipulation of JavaScript for customized analytics solutions.
  • Maintaining direct communication with clients via phone, email, or in-person throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in digital analytics or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools, tag management systems, and data layers.
  • A solid grasp of online marketing principles, HTML, and web protocols.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills.
  • Possessing a creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and soft skills – both verbal and written.
