We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst.

Our Focus Areas
  1. Insurance – including commercial classes such as financial lines, professional indemnity, public & product liability, life insurance, and through to statutory classes such as workers compensation and compulsory third party.
  2. Commercial & Workplace – spanning corporate and commercial, construction and projects, property and environment, commercial dispute resolution, insolvency, owners' corporation, and workplace law.
  3. Government – spanning local, state, and federal government.

About You
  • You will work closely with stakeholders across the firm to analyse business needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that the firm continues to provide exceptional service to its clients.
  • You will gather, analyse, and document business requirements for client reporting, projects, and process improvements.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders, including Partners and other Lawyers, to understand the data sets required and their purpose.
  • You will work together with other teams to provide information and bespoke solutions for complex legal reports.
  • You will understand the design of data capture screens in order to work with internal and external resources to deliver the required screens.
  • You will extract insights from large datasets to make data-driven recommendations, presenting data in reports, pivot tables, and visualisations, and assisting with the identification and correction of invalid data.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimise data management processes and operational effectiveness.
