Job Description

We are at an exciting time, evolving how data shapes strategy and unlocks business performance. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support delivering data solutions that drive business results.

You will work closely with senior BI developers and business stakeholders to support project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their BI career who is passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to a data-informed culture in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior BI developers to deliver end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing BI reports and data models.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and experience with commercial storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
