Fire Service Technician Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative technologies and make a real difference in people's lives. As a Fire Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and onsite service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning services to customers at their premises.
  • Manage all technical issues, complaints, and objections effectively without unnecessary escalation.
  • Respond to emergency service calls outside of normal working hours when required.
  • Support internal sales and customers on complex design consultation.
  • Provide product and technical training to existing customers, prospective distributors, and associates.

Requirements:

  • Relevant fire/security/electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electronics, IT, or equivalent electrical trade experience.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience.
  • Experience as a Fire, Security, or BMS technician/technical support/field engineer.
  • Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management.
