Job Title: Onsite Support Specialist

We are seeking an Onsite Support Specialist to attend to printing equipment and provide exceptional customer service onsite at a local council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to print equipment to ensure high standards of copy quality, cleanliness, and consumable changes.
  • Provide maintenance support, service, and Helpdesk support.
  • Coordinate and perform basic fault preventative servicing related to printing equipment.
  • Respond to equipment faults according to customer service values and escalate technical issues to the relevant team.
  • Manage paper stock and fill paper trays.
  • Ensure consumables management.
  • Provide customer user training on printer operation.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service experience with a focus on customer relationships.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children check.
  • Professional, proactive, organized, and proud work ethic.
  • Some technical experience preferred; problem-solving skills for customers and machines are essential.
  • A desire to learn with initial and ongoing product training provided.

As per compliance procedures, the successful candidate will undergo background checks.
