Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support and service customer hardware and software.

  • Prioritised breakdown support and repair services
  • Accurate troubleshooting and equipment maintenance

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

  • Technically competent individual with good mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Well-developed technical problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Previous experience in a similar technical role
