Technical Field Support Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to coordinate field support teams, ensuring prompt and effective response times for technical inquiries and training requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field support team, coordinating quick responses and corrective actions for technical issues.
- Establish and monitor relevant team performance metrics.
- Provide remote and onsite technical assistance during product installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Resolve technical problems identified by manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure products are installed in accordance with safety, process, and quality standards.
- Deliver training sessions to local employees during site visits or scheduled sessions.
- Compile quality reports after site visits, detailing issues requiring corrective action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Leadership experience with at least 5 years of leadership background.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical support role.
