
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Support Professional to join our team. As the Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for implementing after sales business strategies and providing technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support and advise the workshop during repairs and troubleshooting via SSD and onsite.
- Advise the staff how to use the MAN service documentation and IT information platform.
- Monitor the workshop staff and advise on potential workshop improvements.
- Visit customers and workshops for technical investigations and provide further support.
- Review processes and procedures and determine what the current and future training requirements are in cooperation with the Regional Training Manager.
- Extensive experience within a commercial vehicle workshop.
- Extensive experience in the commercial vehicle sector, with a profound knowledge of MAN products and processes to support the importer accordingly.
- Detailed understanding of maintenance IT tools and processes.
- Previous experience in supporting and guiding an importer dealer network.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Drive decision making, with a strong focus on reaching the desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a small dedicated team or independently.
