Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to deliver high-quality opportunities for progression into the pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless account engagement and coverage.
- Work in tandem with regional Marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of activity daily, engaging with new prospects and following up on leads to drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, business drivers, and market dynamics, feeding this intelligence into outbound plans.
- Qualify accounts and leads by understanding pain points, compelling events, timelines, and decision-makers, ensuring a strong foundation for subsequent sales efforts.
- Effectively communicate at a professional level to engage C-Suite executives and articulate the value proposition of Workday's solutions.
- Leverage available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimize prospecting activities and drive results.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, updating activities and notes in a timely manner to support data-driven decision-making.
