Senior Aged Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Aged Care Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care Facility in delivering exceptional care and services.

The successful candidate will have prime responsibility for the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently achieved.

This is an ongoing, Full Time opportunity.

About You

  • You are an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse and Manager with a significant track record of success in Aged Care leadership at senior management level.
  • You gain intimate knowledge of day-to-day operations in a Residential Aged Care Facility and experience in astutely managing relationships with residents, their families and key stakeholders.
  • You possess commitment to a workplace that fosters a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
