Leadership Role in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead our clinical team. This role involves overseeing the implementation and oversight of clinical services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Responsibilities- Participate in governance committees to oversee systems and processes for quality and safety of clinical and personal care
- Monitor Care Partners for compliance with procedures and client monitoring
- Advise leadership on policy and procedure development for care management and clinical care delivery
- Registered Nurse Qualifications with current registration
- Substantial experience in providing clinical leadership and oversight in an aged care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills required to provide robust advice and build clinical governance capabilities
This is a temporary full-time opportunity for 12 months. The salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience. You will also have opportunities for professional development and growth.
