We are committed to our team's growth and offer many avenues for career progression.When you join Live Well Home & Community Services, you become part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team that is redefining the benchmarks of Aged Care in the industry.Locations:Bundoora/Thornbury and surrounding areas - Candidates with proficiency in Cantonese would be ideal, in line with the client's requirementResponsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Transport to medical appointments and social outings.

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.Preferable:
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
• Previous experience in aged care, NDIS or a similar role is preferredBackground:
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRequirements:
• Availability for casual shifts
• Valid police check / or NDIS Check
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicleBenefits:
