Aged Care Leadership Role

As a seasoned aged care professional, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals. This challenging yet rewarding position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with organisational policy and government regulations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure continuous improvement by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of current practices and implementing changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, aligning them with current legislation and internal procedures.
- Support and mentor staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
- A minimum of two years' experience in aged care management, including recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
- Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration is highly desirable but not essential.
