Leadership Opportunity in Regional Victoria

Aged care professionals, are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead a well-established facility in a welcoming regional community.

As the Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will be supported by an experienced team, a collaborative organisation, and strong systems that allow you to focus on what matters most — delivering excellent care.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care, current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, and strong knowledge of aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation.

To Be Successful
