Residential Aged Care Leadership Opportunity
">- This role offers a unique chance to lead and manage a small-medium sized residential aged care facility in Melbourne's eastern suburbs within a supportive and established not for profit provider.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential home, ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and accreditation requirements. You will provide inspiring leadership to a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
">- You will be responsible for managing budgets, rosters, and resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability and optimise operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders to deliver transparent and responsive care.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate quality systems to ensure compliance and uphold best practice standards in care delivery.
- A registered nurse with current AHPRA registration is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated experience managing an aged care facility, with strong operational and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire, and drive positive change.
