Cloud Technical Support Specialist\

The Cloud Technical Support Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing expert-level technical support to customers leveraging our cloud solutions.   • Hands-on experience with Linux systems, including virtualization, containers, and storage technologies.\
  • Cloud computing expertise, including provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration.\
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience and ability to navigate stack traces and logs.
