Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that their cloud and infrastructure needs are met with care and professionalism.

About the Role
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud and infrastructure services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Entry-level certification or experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp, Veeam, Microsoft 365, and more
  • Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, storage, and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
