Job Title: Technical Support & Cloud Consultant

Are you an experienced and motivated technical support and cloud consultant looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and expertise to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, and working closely with our global R&D experts. The role involves managing client environments, performing level-one analysis, reproducing problems, and developing software fixes in Java.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with XML APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Web Application Servers (Tomcat/JBoss/Websphere)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Experience with versioning tools like Git and Unix commands

Qualifications:

  • Engineering School degree or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of working experience with financial software implementation and/or support

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
