Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our global finance technology team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional first-level support to business users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to Java-based applications
  • Liaise with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Migrate RDBMS and servers to the cloud
  • Configure and make code changes to ensure production system stability
  • Write and maintain code to meet application requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Application Support with Java-based applications
  • Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot
  • Unix Shell Scripting skills

Nice to Have:

  • AWS Cloud expertise including JSON and XML
  • Database management skills with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase
  • JavaScript experience with React or Angular
